ABOUT US

Mission and Vision:

K2’s mission is to break down barriers in the fitness industry by offering customized, accessible, and inclusive workout programs for individuals with disabilities. Our vision is a world where everyone, regardless of ability, has access to the support they need to lead a healthy, active lifestyle.

History & Motivation:

K2 was founded with the recognition that traditional fitness regimes often neglect the needs of people with disabilities. We saw a clear gap in the market for fitness services that cater to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, whether these conditions are congenital or the result of injury. K2 fills this gap by developing personalized fitness routines that address both the physical and cognitive needs of our clients, ensuring they have the tools and support to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Expertise:

Our team is composed of certified physical therapists, adaptive fitness trainers, and wellness coaches who work closely with participants to develop safe, effective, and enjoyable exercise plans. These plans are based on current medical research and are designed to be adaptable as the needs of our clients evolve.
